In May of 2012, Sam King & Andrea Solski teamed up as acoustic cover act 'No Sugs'. The name being an inside joke between the two when playing Canadian classic rock legends The Guess Who' s track, No Sugar. Since then, the two have grown in friendship as well as musicians, sharing a passion for all genres of music. Years of performance has inspired them to create their own versions of popular (and not-so popular) songs as well as writing music of their own. No Sugs is a combination of styles that both musicians have been drawn to over the course of their lifetimes. Adding haunting guitar riffs to soulful, emotional lyrics and absorbing the sound of the city where they grew up.
