With filming starting up in the north once again, Cultural Industries Ontario North (CION) is seeking Producers to participate in the Northern Ontario Familiarization Tour this fall.
Producers representing project-ready films or television series' that are scheduled to begin production within the next 24 months are invited to apply to secure their spot on the FAM Tour. Submissions are open now until October 5th.
The FAM Tour will kick off in late Fall 2020. With travel and accommodations covered by CION, Producers will be given the opportunity to spend a maximum of three days on location in the Northern Ontario municipality of their choice. Dates of the FAM Tour will be determined based on the schedules of the participants.
All activities of the FAM Tour will be conducted in accordance with local COVID-19 regulations to ensure the health and safety of participants.

- List of Priority Locations
- Identify the Northern Ontario municipality you wish to scout.
- Anticipated filming dates (prep/production)
Following a competitive selection process, the chosen candidates will be notified by OCTOBER 13th and provided full itinerary details shortly thereafter.
