HKGS is a 6 piece Rock & Soul band from Sudbury, Ontario. Formed in 2019, the band has released 3 albums to date. Their sound consists of Rock n Roll, Soul Rock, Rhythm & Blues, with elements of funk & reggae. Their latest offering 'Wild Card' was released on June 28, 2024. HKGS's live show includes notable performances at Northern Festival Boreal, Up Here Fest, Bloom Fest, Bell Park Canada Day Festival, & Northern Vibe Festival, as well as countless shows across Northern Ontario. The band has done a number of charity events in Sudbury, ON. The latest (March 2024) being a benefit concert for the Sudbury Charities Foundation held at the Place Des Arts. The band is currently working on material for a new album set for release in early 2025.
